modus operandi
we’ve developed three tiers
tier 1 community engagement
We put on monthly meet up events to identify the needs of prospects in Los Angeles, Washington D.C. and Brooklyn.
Through these personal meetings we have surveyed between 200-500 members, connecting them to the resources necessary to their survival which include mental health resources and small business intel. Our meet-ups have turned into mini podcast shows where we record our conversation.
tier 2 community involvement
We attend protests, marches, and rallies. We speak out openly about injustices within the Afro-American community, the Native American community, young Black Americans, LGBTQIA youth and Gen X, voting equality, and Criminal Justice reform.
Our media portal will include documentary film pieces and visual artwork. Our digital Book Club/Library works to pass on what we think is important information.
We are working on food sourcing, farming, and planting initiatives with local farmers in our California market. We hope to partner with more established organizations in D.C. to take our issues to our Congress.
tier 3 community education
We are developing learning programs and techniques to bring to 3-12 students which would transform the way our children learn and behave. We understand that we have been under-served from the very onset of our lives in America and we want be apart of this change.
Our first pilot program is history curriculum for high school seniors titled “JohnCesar” which provides high school history educators lesson plans, assessments, and preparation for state regents.
